PPSSPP emulator always had its dynamic recompiler broken on W10M because a certain function required for the dynarec to work was missing for ARM UWP apps. As this seemed to be a bug, I reported it to MS months ago.

Recently, when I noticed that I cannot find this bug report in my feedback, I checked the function's description page and noticed it was now listed as being available for UWP apps as well. I notified the developer, he verified the fix was actually ported to mobile, and shortly after presented a fix to the emu's dynarec.

To those who don't understand what this is all about, dynarec significantly improves emulation speed. Don't expect miracles though, it's still somewhat buggy, the sound is still choppy, and the chances for it to see further bugfixes are slim, but as it stands right now it's in the most playable state it's ever been on W10M.

I've compiled the current version from the official git, and it's available for you to try. Dynarec is enabled by default.

Remember, this is an experimental pre-release version of the emu, expect bugs. Also, it would be nice to read your performance reports.
