原理是nexusmods.com一位大佬说的，
Attention to anyone who has a GTX 10xx series card or less: using this tool, turn off everything related to "Async Compute". You'll get a good performance boost out of it.
On my GTX 1070 I'm able to turn settings up higher after disabling it.
The GTX 10xx series doesn't handle Async Compute properly, so the fix should work.

使用方法(适用于1.0.3和1.0.4)：你们倒是回贴啊，怎全都白嫖了放到Cyberpunk 2077\bin\x64里面，也就是和Cyberpunk2077.exe同一个目录，

然后把Cyberpunk2077.exe拖到Cyberpunk 2077 Tweaker.exe上面，用鼠标直接拖

之后会出来一个对话框，这样的：

找到Developer/FeatureToggle/Antialiasing，这个是TAA选项，把这个钩去掉就是关闭TAA抗锯齿(自行选择，n卡建议关闭，进n卡面板开启fxaa和msaa)

继续往下拉，找到
Rendering/AsyncComput/....
有一大堆总共7个，全都关了，这就本贴说的提高帧数的方法

有探索力的可以试验下开关其他功能，都改好了之后点下面的save就完事了，会自动生成Cyberpunk2077.exe.bak备份文件
